The GRAYCE Project

Many women needing training for an everchanging workforce, will not participate in established programs due to barriers, such as fear, not being accepted, a lack of training and experience. Another major barrier is the lack of funding. Prior to the time, the program has been funded through private donations from board members, members of the community and special events. We also have yard and food sales throughout the year. Some of the women lack transportation to attend our classes and also do not have reliable child care. We are here to help.

The GRAYCE Project is a 6-week intensive program designed for under-skilled or under-employed women so they gain marketable skills to become competitive in the global workforce. The program provides participants with training, access to resources and career development opportunities that will grow their information technology skillsets and computer-savvy confidence.
