An East Tennessee native who has made Middle Tennessee her home for over two decades, Ashley Younge is a creative problem-solver, mother, and organizational strategist who excels at turning big ideas into grand realities. With over 19 years of experience in Human Resources, operations, and leadership development, Ashley recently transitioned into non-profit operations within recovery—aligning her career with her heart posture and passion for building healthier, purpose-driven workplace cultures.
As a valued volunteer staff member at Healing Broken Vessels, Ashley serves as the Event Coordinator and Decor & Design Lead, as well as the Fashion Show Operations & Vision Leader for this year’s 17th Annual Garments of Grace Fashion Show Fundraiser. Blessed with a long-standing family connection to HBV founder Pastor Diantha, Ashley stepped in to bring structure, heart, and creative vision to this milestone event.
